Licenciado en Física y Matemáticas, académico, autor  del descubrimiento del campo creativo de informaciones, así como de trabajos originales sobre la predicción de eventos futuros, de su control y corrección, y sobre las bases de cálculo de las tecnologías y de su diseño, (dispositivos).
Autor de la obra “Sobre la salvación y el desarrollo harmonioso” y de numerosas tecnologías y trabajos sobre la recuperación total del cuerpo, y de la vida eterna.
Nació el 14 de noviembre de 1963 en la Comunidad Kirovsky (aldea Bogara), región Chimkent.
